The Ivy House Award has been designed with over 20 years’ experience of coaching global CEOs. The Award is the first programme of this kind for schools in the UK, providing young people with high-quality development previously reserved for the most senior executives. Elke will speak on the skills and qualities that global employers want and how we can support the development of our young people to live their very best lives.
Jon Harper, Future Foundations CEO will speak on the Global Social Leaders initiative which has empowered young people in over 100 nations with skills and leadership experiences as a movement for change in support of the UN Global Goals. Future Foundations is a leading provider of personal and academic development. Alistair Bullen, Founder of ABA, will lead the final session on how we build a highly-effective transformational school culture. Alistair led on branding for the London Olympics and has a superb track record with helping schools develop their vision, values, culture, communication and leadership.
